Why do muscles tremble when exercising?

Can they be avoided?

Nor is it necessary for us to scream in heaven, these tremors are not a symptom of something serious. In fact, as the body gets used to the exercises and becomes stronger, the level of tremor will decrease. We will train regularly, hydrate, warm up, stretch and eat well.

However, it is very important to take into account dehydration through sweat. When we make a movement, our nervous system sends signals from the brain to our muscles, but when we are very fatigued or tired, these signals get messed up. That is why there are fibers that carry more work than others and tremble.

It also happens when we make new movements, which our body does not know and takes time to assimilate. Also, the high intensity will not favor too much that we finish the series without trembling or being fatigued.

In addition, nutrition also influences. If we do not have a balanced and healthy diet, it will be difficult to perform well in sports. The brain is responsible for using glucose to train, so if we do not give it a good supply of nutrients, the vibrations will make an appearance.
