We have made it with a ripe banana, but you can also use an apple, carrot or roasted pumpkin. Best of all, it does not contain flour, so it greatly reduces the amount of calories ingested. Also, being a protein recipe, you will notice that you will be satisfied in a short time, and it will even cost you to finish your cupcake.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of yeast
  • Sweetener and vanilla essence (optional)

Preparation

We crush the banana

The banana must be ripe and at room temperature so that it is easy to crush with a fork.

We beat the ingredients

When we have the banana made into porridge, we put it in the mixer, along with the cocoa powder, the egg and the yeast. It's time to also add the vanilla essence or the sweetener, if you want to add it.
I did not add it because the banana provides enough sweetness.

We will have a liquid mass. Pour it into a cup (not short of bottom) and put it in the microwave for 1 minute and a half.
