Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes (250g each)
  • 4 tablespoons of agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt

Preparation

To get started…

We wash both sweet potatoes under the tap and roast them. You can do it in the oven (it takes longer) or in the microwave for 9 minutes (much faster). The exact minutes will depend on the power of your microwave. Before removing them, check that they are soft inside, pricking with a fork.

Once cooked …

Grease a frying pan or grill and make a couple of vertical cuts to the sweet potatoes with a knife (without breaking them in half, only one centimeter deep).
