9 Totally Free Streaming Training Platforms

The coronavirus pandemic has many gyms closed, either as a precaution or by health orders, and forces athletes to practice social distancing to help mitigate the spread of the virus. But that doesn’t mean that exercising safely has to stop.

Training at home with machines (if you have one) is a great way to keep your miles under control. It’s even possible to do an effective HIIT workout to relieve stress, using your own body weight. Also, practicing yoga can help you recover from sitting or bed for so long, as well as helping you keep your mind calm and stretch after a day of hunched over.
